Basic configuration table of 7200gs series of motor soft starter
(I) wiring schematic diagram
the figure is the standard wiring legend of 7200gs frequency converter. Now the following description is made for the figure:
(1) is the isolation wire, which is the isolation stranded wire
(2) terminal 15: output +15v, maximum 20mA
(3) the seals at the end form different angles. 13 and 14 cannot be used at the same time (when used at the same time, the frequency commands are added)
(4) terminal symbol: ◎ represents the main circuit terminal, and ○ represents the control circuit terminal
(5) multi function analog output is the special analog output of indicator such as frequency meter. Please do not use it as feedback control of the control system. If you need to use the feedback signal, you can choose the optional interface card (ao-12 card)

(III) internal wiring of main circuit
7200gs series inverter internal wiring of main circuit of various models is shown in the figure
(IV) fuse free circuit breaker (QF) shall be installed between AC power supply and r.s.t of power input terminal of 7200gs, and electromagnetic contactor (km) shall be installed as required. If the leakage circuit breaker is installed for leakage fault protection, in order to prevent the misoperation of the leakage circuit breaker, select the one with the sensitivity current of more than 200mA and the action time of more than 0.1s. ③ the QF and KM types in the table are Taian product numbers, and other brands with the same rating can also be used. In order to reduce noise interference, please remember to install R-C shock absorbers at both ends of KM coil, such as La to GA mass ratio, molecular weight, material shape and structure, etc. (0.1 μ f/1000VDC,10Ω/5W)。

(V) external wiring precautions
1 Control circuit wiring
(1) control circuit wiring must be separated from 4. Open loop control and closed loop control main circuit wiring (r/l1, s/l2, t/l3, u/t1, v/t2, w/t3) and other power lines to avoid noise interference
(2) contact output terminals ⑨, ⑩, (18), (19), (20) must be separated from ① ~ ⑧, (21), (22), (25), (26), (27) and (11) ~ (17)
(3) in order to prevent noise interference, the control circuit wiring must use shielded isolation stranded wires. Please refer to the figure, and the wiring distance cannot exceed 50m
2. Main circuit wiring
(1) input power r/l1, s/l2, t/l3, do not need to consider the phase sequence relationship

(2) the input power supply cannot be connected to the output terminals u/t1, v/t2, w/t3 of the frequency converter
(3) the output terminals u/t1, v/t2 and w/t3 of the frequency converter are connected to the terminals u/t1, v/t2 and w/t3 of the motor. If the frequency converter executes the forward rotation command and the motor reverses, it is only necessary to switch any two lines of the motor u/t1, v/t2 and w/t3

(4) the output end of the frequency converter must not be connected with capacitors or LC, RC noise filters used to improve the power factor
3. The grounding wire
(1) the grounding terminal (E) is grounded in the third way (the grounding resistance is less than 100 Ω)
(2) the grounding wire of frequency converter cannot be grounded together with high current loads such as electric welding machine and high-power motor, and must be grounded separately
(3) the size of the grounding wire depends on the technical standard of electrical equipment. The shorter the grounding wire, the better
(4) when multiple frequency converters are grounded together, please refer to the figure and do not form a grounding circuit
